Corry & O’Hare Vets Ltd. is an independent veterinary practice registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, trading from 51 Gortin Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone, BT79 7HZ.
All veterinary services are provided under the RCVS Code of Professional Conduct. Treatment plans, second opinions and referrals will always be discussed and agreed with you before any costs are committed to.
Our standard prices are listed on the Prices page. Payment is due at the time of consultation or on collection of medication. Treatment plans, surgery and complex investigations will be quoted in writing in advance.
Repeat prescriptions are available for pets we have seen in the last 12 months for the relevant condition. We may require a check-up before re-dispensing. Please allow 48 hours for repeat orders.
If you can no longer attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Care Plan is a monthly preventive health plan, not pet insurance. Plans renew automatically by direct debit and can be cancelled with one month’s notice. Treatments outside the plan are charged separately.
Out of hours emergency care is provided by a rota of local practices. Their separate fees apply for OOH consultations and treatment.
If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service, please speak to our Practice Manager. We’ll always try to resolve concerns quickly and openly.
We take care to provide our services to a high standard. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service in question.
