Your name, address, phone number and email. Your pet’s clinical information, including breed, age, weight, medical history, current medication and treatment records. Information you choose to share when contacting us. Records of communications and visits to the practice.
To provide veterinary care and advice for your pet. To manage appointments, medications and treatment plans. To communicate with you about your pet, including reminders and follow-ups. To process payments and manage Care Plan direct debits. To meet our legal and professional obligations.
We share information only when needed: with the out-of-hours rota practice when you need OOH care, with other veterinary practices when we refer your pet or you move, with laboratories and visiting specialists involved in your pet’s care, with our payment processors, or where required by law. We will never sell your information.
Clinical records are kept for as long as required by the RCVS (typically the life of the pet plus seven years).
