No. Care Plan is a preventive health plan, not insurance. It covers the routine care that keeps your pet well. We would always recommend separate pet insurance alongside, to cover unexpected illness and accidents.
That is fine. We will start your plan from your pet's next due date and adjust the first month so you don't pay twice for the same vaccine.
Yes, each pet has their own plan. We sometimes run multi-pet offers, ask at reception when you sign up.
Register your pet using our online form, then ask at reception or call us to start Care Plan. We will set the direct debit up for you and confirm in writing.
