Corry & O'Hare Vets
Our story

The independent vet practice
doing things differently in Omagh.

Founded by Louise O'Hare, Kieran Corry and Terina O'Neill, with a clear idea of how veterinary care should feel. Progressive, affordable, and built around the pet sitting in front of us.

A family-run practice

Independent vets, here for the community.

We're the only independent dedicated companion animal practice in Omagh, looking after pets and their families across Tyrone and Fermanagh.

Being independent isn’t just a label. It means we set our own treatment plans, our own prices, and our own pace. There’s no head office to answer to, no quarterly target to hit, and no script to follow when you bring your pet in. Just a team of vets and nurses doing what they think is right.

Louise, Kieran and Terina founded the practice with a clear ethos: progressive, affordable care for every family member, whether furred or four-legged. That ethos still shapes every decision, from the equipment we invest in to the way we talk to clients.

  • Owner-run, not corporate

What makes us different

What makes us different.

01

Truly independent

No external shareholders. No corporate scripts. Just a practice that exists to serve the pets and people of our community.

02

Advanced clinical capability

Laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery, orthopaedic procedures, in-house imaging, and visiting specialists in cardiology, ophthalmology and ultrasonography.

03

Fair, flexible pricing

We'll always talk options. Treatment plans flex around your budget, not the other way around.

04

Community & wildlife

We run a dedicated wildlife unit, one of the only practice wildlife units in the west of Northern Ireland, treating injured wild animals brought in by the local community.

05

Everything under one roof

From bloods through to keyhole surgery and nurse clinics, you and your pet won't need to travel between sites for routine care.

06

Easy to visit

Free parking on Gortin Road, step-free access, and an unhurried reception that knows your pet's name.

Wildlife & charity

A passion for wildlife medicine.

We run a dedicated wildlife unit, one of the few in the west of Northern Ireland. From hedgehogs and birds of prey through to badgers, our team treats injured and orphaned wildlife brought in by the public and local rescue groups. We also partner with charities across Tyrone to help families who need a hand with vet bills.
